Versailles, Ind Dec 4 – William Marshall, a farmer 40 years old living near Marble Corner, committed suicide by hanging himself to a walnut tree. His friends and relatives were greatly startled the cause being in doubt. Mr. Marshall recently sold his farm preparatory to removing to Vernon. - s
